Being local we are able to keep a close on eye on your investment. We have our own reliable cleaning services and follow a strict cleaning check list. We even purchase and keep track of all the supplies for our properties - air filters, paper products, guest amenities, linens, towels, light bulbs, etc. Each property is inspected after each check out and once again after the cleaning to confirm that it is ready for the next guests. Each property is maintained as though our own family was coming to visit!

Our dedicated team makes sure every detail is handled with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy  -  cleaning, bookings, record keeping, welcome packets, and a personal phone call to welcome each guest. Appropriate short term rental taxes to the city, county and state agencies are handled with care, and owners receive a monthly account statement documenting all income, expenses, and refunds, along with a check for your net earnings from your rental. You will receive a year-end 1099 for your taxes.
